On St Martin’s Lane in the heart of London’s Theatreland, the Noel Coward Theatre is situated near the Duke of York’s, Wyndham’s theatre and the London Coliseum. The surrounding area is buzzing with night life and offers a wide range of clubs, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Owing to its central location, the venue is easily accessible by all forms of London transport.

By tube

  • The nearest tube stations to are Leicester Square (for the Northern and Piccadilly lines) and Charing Cross (for the Bakerloo and Northern Lines)
  • 2 minutes from Leicester Square: Head straight out of the station and south down Charing Cross Road. After you pass Wyndham’s theatre on your left, turn down the little alley that runs down the side of the theatre and turn left at the end onto St Martin’s Lane. The theatre is on the left
  • 5 minutes from Charing Cross: From outside the station, cross directly over the road at the traffic lights and turn down Duncannon St. Take the immediate right and then a left onto William IV Street. After about 250ft turn right up St Martin’s Lane and continue forward for around 2 minutes. The theatre is on your left

By car

The Noel Coward theatre area is inside the city's Congestion Charge Zone, weekdays from 7am until 6pm, except bank holidays. Driving in the area during those hours costs £10 a day.

This venue is in the Q-Park Scheme, which gives theatregoers 50% off car parking. The nearest Q Park is the 24hr Chinatown car park at 20 Newport Place, WC2H 7PR, where it costs £18 for up to 3hrs and £24 for 4hrs, 50% less if you get you parking ticket stamped at the theatre.
